From the sitting room and the balcony you have a marvelous panorama look at the Carinthians seas and mountains (Ossiacher-, Faaker-and Wörthersee, Karawanken, Julische and Karnische Alps

In the house are among other things an indoor swimming pool, a restaurant and a heated ski stable.

The holiday apartment in the house Edelweiss is in Treffen /Kanzelhöhe in the ski area and traveling area of Gerlitzen Alpe, close to a young, dynamic families-ski area which offers 1 gondola road, 6 armchair elevators and 7 towed elevators with 26 kms of runway for 700 - to 1911-meter height. A Halfpipe for Snowboarder likewise exists.

The next ski elevator is in approx. 600 meters of distance, to the sea one comes in 15 minutes with the cable railway. The next-bigger town is Villach. The Gerlitzen Alpe is from the spring till the autumn an interesting traveling area with attractive huts and much more.
